We are seeking an experienced Industrial Systems Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair tasks in industrial settings, utilizing your expertise in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

The Industrial Systems Technician is an experienced professional responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair tasks in industrial settings. This role requires a strong background in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues.
• *Responsibilities:*
• Advanced Maintenance: Conduct thorough inspections and perform routine maintenance on industrial building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Specialized Repairs: Utilize your expertise in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC trades to troubleshoot and repair intricate problems, such as replacing lighting systems, ballast, fixtures, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems.
• Building Integrity: Oversee the repair, preparation, and painting of drywall, as well as the adjustment and replacement of closures, locks, hinges, and handles on commercial steel door systems.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance to extend the life of equipment and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner.
• Material Management: Handle materials safely, including loading and unloading materials up to 40 lbs.
• Working at Heights: Safely operate lifts and work on ladders at heights of up to 60 feet.
• Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC trades, with a preference for candidates holding a journeyman license.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs.
• Physical ability to perform heavy manual labor and work at heights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• *Estimated Salary:** $75,000 - $95,000 per year.
