Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Hardware Field Service Technician to join our Infrastructure Delivery team at Red Knight Solutions, LLC. As a Hardware Field Service Technician, you will perform a variety of hardware-focused, break fix services and solutions on various client products.
Responsibilities:
• Performing hardware-focused, break fix services and solutions on various client products
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possess excellent customer service skills
Qualifications:
• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to drive yourself to client locations
• Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
Compensation: $40 per call plus $5 per call per diem and additional benefits such as Dell/Lenovo paid certification training and $40-$60 per hour estimated salary based on location.
