Field Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain the highest level of service standards. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing efficient, responsive, and accurate field maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Canon-supported products.
Your Responsibilities
• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with accurate documentation
• Meet customer demands by providing timely and accurate field maintenance
• Maintain all technical information, field service reports, and expense reports
• Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills
• Maintain assigned machines at optimal performance levels
About You
We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. To succeed in this role, you must have:
• A high school diploma or equivalent experience
• A basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete the PDIF new-hire class
• The ability to travel and hold a valid driver's license
• Capability to function in a 24/7 environment with shift work and on-call rotations
• Security clearances required by customers to enter premises
• The ability to lift 50 pounds and remain active for more than 50% of the time
