Job Title: Lead Residential HVAC Installer
We are seeking an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our team at Manwill Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for installing residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ductless mini splits. You will also be expected to train and lead our team of technicians, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
The salary for this position is $30-35 per hour, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid medical/dental insurance, vision plan, 401k contributions, and short-term disability package.
