We are currently seeking a skilled Radiant Heating and Hydronic Systems Technician to join our team at Thermal Engineering, LLC.
Estimated Salary Range:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with hydronic heating systems and boilers, ranging from residential to industrial, with new construction and/or service experience. Plumbing experience is also highly valued as it can easily translate to radiant heating systems due to their similar nature.
Key Responsibilities
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of radiant heating systems and hydronic boilers
• Leading teams and ensuring project details are maintained
• Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in hydronic heating systems and boilers
• Plumbing experience is a plus
• Leadership skills and ability to maintain project details
• Positive attitude, solution-oriented, and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a drug test required for all applicants
