Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned tradesmen, ensuring efficient use of labor resources and meeting construction schedules.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, submittals, and job orders to inform area of supervision and make informed decisions.
• Direct installation of assemblies at the job site, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Order material, equipment, and tools as needed to support project requirements.
• Enforce safety regulations and interpret company policies to workers, promoting a safe working environment.
• Analyze and resolve work problems, maintaining accurate time records and adjusting work sequences to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Completion of an apprenticeship program and journeyman experience in HVAC piping and plumbing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with planning calendars.
• Able to see well, hear and speak clearly, and use hands and fingers fully.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
