We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our HVAC Division. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Daikin's products and services to customers through effective product knowledge, demonstrations, and promotions.
About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Daikin's HVAC business. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in the HVAC industry, and a strong understanding of Daikin's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
• Sell Daikin's products and services to customers through effective product knowledge, demonstrations, and promotions.
• Analyze customer needs and preferences to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product information.
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• At least 3-6 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in the HVAC industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be between $21.00 and $23.00 per hour, based on industry standards and local market conditions. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
