Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to work as an HVAC Maintenance Technician for First Call Heating & Cooling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating and cooling systems and excellent communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks on heating and cooling equipment
• Diagnose and repair issues with systems
• Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives
• Maintain accurate records and reports
Required Qualifications:
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Earn a high school diploma or equivalent
• Hold a valid driver's license and be insurable by our company auto insurance carrier
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pass a pre-hire drug screen and background check
