About the Job
The HVAC Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a location's day-to-day operations, financial activities, and personnel. This individual will drive growth, performance metrics, create culture, and develop staff and management to be world-class operators.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to produce revenue growth.
• Increase key metrics, including conversion percentage, average ticket, and overall sales.
• Implement systems, training, and accountability to achieve gold-standard service and quality.
• Improve key metrics, including NPS, reduction of callbacks, etc.
• Create culture and systems to teach, train, and develop an industry-leading staff.
• Increase employee retention and eNPS across all levels.
• Advise on succession planning and career progression development programs.
• Continuously seek and apply feedback to build a world-class employment product.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of Management/Supervisory experience in the HVAC Industry.
• 3+ years of experience managing revenue, budgeting, and/or P&L required.
• Ability to train technicians to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Desire to grow a business and your career.
• Skilled Trades experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to apply critical thinking, risk analysis, and develop solutions.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
