About the Job
As an HVAC Residential Service Technician, you will work directly with customers, ask insightful questions, and listen to their needs and concerns to understand and address their comfort issues.
Duties:
• Communicates services needed and why to clients prior to starting work.
• Exhibits a safety-first approach during all work activities.
• Provides thorough evaluations of HVAC systems with customers.
• Tests pipe, tubing joints, and connections for leaks.
• Tests electrical circuits and components for continuity.
• Repairs and replaces defective equipment and wiring.
• Discusses heating or cooling system malfunctions with clients.
• Ensures clients receive a Five Star experience during service visits.
