Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company values, embodying a friendly and engaging demeanor.
• Appointment Setting: Utilize our appointment setting app to schedule consultations with service technicians on behalf of customers.
• Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the brand's products, features, and benefits to provide valuable insights to potential customers.
• Educational Outreach: Distribute pamphlets and flyers to educate customers and partners about the brand's offerings.
• Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers and communicate it to relevant departments within the organization.
What We Offer:
• $18-$23 per hour (DOE), competitive pay for this part-time position.
• 20-30 hours per week, flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
• Thursday - Sunday, weekend availability is required.
