About the Role: As an HVAC Residential Maintenance Technician at Wolfer's Home Services, you will provide top-notch service and repair heating, and air-conditioning systems in customers' homes. You will be the face of our company, delivering a Five-Star experience to each customer, and advocating for their comfort needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
• Exhibit a safety-first approach during all work activities.
• Test and repair or replace defective equipment, components, and wiring.
• Discuss system malfunctions with clients to isolate problems and verify repairs.
• Repair or service HVAC systems to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
• HVAC experience required: 1-3 Years.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Able to engage with and actively listen to customers.
• Driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
