Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our team at First Call Heating & Cooling. The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Salary: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
• Installation and troubleshooting of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Supervise and train other installers
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent technical knowledge of HVAC systems
• Ability to lead and supervise others
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
