About the Role
As an experienced Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously, with budgets ranging up to $25MM. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
• A minimum of 6+ years as a Project Manager over commercial plumbing & HVAC projects.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager overseeing $5MM+ commercial projects: universities, office buildings, pharmaceutical, high rises, hospitals/healthcare, warehouses, data centers, etc.
• Strong leadership skills, enabling indirect supervision of superintendents and project engineers.
• Recent experience with a subcontractor who self-performs TI or new construction Plumbing, HVAC piping & sheet metal installation.
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Estimating experience strongly preferred.
This is a permanent direct hire position, offering a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.
