Job Overview:
We're seeking an experienced HVAC technician to join our team at JRT Mechanical. As a member of our service team, you'll work on commercial service work and small projects in the Vancouver, Washington, and Portland, Oregon area.
The Role:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with customers and facilities managers to identify issues and develop solutions
• Analyze and troubleshoot building systems to ensure optimal performance
• Develop cost-saving initiatives for customers and implement them as needed
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide training to new technicians
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of HVAC service experience
