About the Position:
• HVAC Services: Provide top-notch HVAC services, including installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and systems.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all performed work.
Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. HVAC certification or a relevant technical degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 1 year in the field is necessary.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems is essential.
• Strong understanding of electrical and refrigeration systems is required.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities are required.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary.
Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
