Compensation Package:
$25-$35 per hour PLUS bonus opportunity. Bi-weekly paychecks every other Friday, with a set weekly schedule featuring 2 consecutive days off and no on-call duties.
About the Position:
As an HVAC Residential Maintenance Technician, you'll interact directly with customers, ask insightful questions, and listen to their needs and concerns to understand and address comfort issues. You'll exercise critical thinking and technical skills to develop high-quality solutions, advocate for the customer and business, and drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
• Communicate services needed and why to clients before starting work.
• Maintain a safety-first approach during work activities, including driving.
• Provide thorough evaluations of HVAC systems, using exploratory techniques to understand client needs and develop options.
• Test pipe, tubing joints, and connections for leaks, test electrical circuits and components for continuity, repair or replace defective equipment, components, and wiring.
• Discuss system malfunctions with clients to isolate problems and verify repairs.
• Improve efficiency by repairing or servicing heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning systems.
• Ensure clients receive a Five Star experience during service visits.
Essential Qualifications:
• HVAC experience: 1-3 Years.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to engage with and actively listen to customers.
• Driven to exceed business goals.
• Commitment to continuously grow technical skills.
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
