Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned Commercial Construction Director to lead our team in managing commercial plumbing and HVAC projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction methods.
Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $220,000 per year.
