We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential HVAC Technician to join our team at Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Franklin, IN.
About the Position
This is a full-time opportunity with excellent benefits, including a competitive salary of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, company-matched 401k, short- and long-term disability, health and dental insurance, vacations, and paid holidays.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and provide technical information in layman's terms
Requirements
• Applicable in-home service experience of 2 or more years
• EPA certified
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
