Salary and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits after 90 days, including health insurance, dental insurance, company-sponsored short-term disability, PTO, paid holidays, IRA with 3% company match, paid training, and company events. We also provide uniforms and boot vouchers.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist skilled installers in setting up HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Learn industry best practices and how to ensure every installation meets high-quality standards and local codes.
• Transport and organize tools, materials, and equipment to keep job sites running smoothly.
• Help test systems to ensure everything runs safely and efficiently before calling the job complete.
Requirements
• High school diploma/GED required; trade school enrollment or completion is a bonus but not necessary.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
• Interest in working with tools and solving problems; mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and contribute to team goals.
