We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Mako Oilfield Services LLC. This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 per year.
Job Overview:
• This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment.
• The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and replacing filters, checking fluid levels, and testing equipment functionality.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with commercial HVAC systems, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Install, fabricate, and connect compressors, condensers, and evaporators, motors, expansion/discharge valves, temperature/humidity controls, fans, control panels, switches, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing, environmental controls, and related components.
• Complete power connections and ensure all work is done safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including materials used and hours spent on each job.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 0-1 + years of experience in commercial HVAC (or related military) experience.
• EPA certification.
• A valid Driver's License.
• Strong physical ability to safely lift 50+ pounds occasionally and climb extension ladders frequently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, management, and dispatchers.
