Salary and Benefits: As a full-time Residential HVAC Technician, you can expect a salary of $24-$35/hour, with opportunities for commission and a comprehensive benefits package including an employee health insurance program (with family option), paid holidays, paid vacation, a 401(k), a late model take-home company van, continuing education, NATE training and certification, and year-round work with guaranteed off-season hours.
Responsibilities: As a Residential HVAC Technician, your primary responsibilities will include servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling equipment at clients' homes. You should be able to effectively communicate technical information simply and work well in a team environment. If you are motivated to do quality work and further your career, we want to meet you.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have graduated from HVAC trade school or completed related trade continuing education courses. Additionally, you should have a good driving record and be able to effectively work with a great team of HVAC service technicians.
