Apartment Community Maintenance Position

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical systems, drywall, and appliances.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with unit turnovers, ensuring that apartments are ready for new residents.
• Ensure the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community by performing necessary maintenance and repairs.
