Essential Responsibilities:
• Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of buildings' mechanical systems
• Visual roof inspections and minor repairs
• Responsible for maintaining utility and storage rooms in a clean, neat appearance
• Respond to assigned work orders from property management
• General labor as assigned by management team
Salary Information:
We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
