Job Description
A highly skilled HVAC Systems Installation Lead is required to oversee the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a commercial setting. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as expertise in HVAC systems, codes, and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Journeyman and 4 years of experience as a Foreman. They must be able to effectively manage crews, maintain schedules, and communicate clearly with colleagues.
This position involves ordering and stocking materials on site, ensuring an organized workspace. The successful applicant will also be responsible for leading teams and overseeing the installation process.
In addition to technical skills, this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. A current Driver's license with a clean MVD report is also mandatory.
We estimate that the salary for this position will be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
