At CDL Mechanical LLC, we're seeking a skilled Rough-In and Install HVAC Specialist to join our team. As a residential HVAC rough installer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for new construction projects.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Your primary responsibility will be to read mechanical floor plans, install and braze residential units, hang and tape flex to boot boxes and TY, and run all T-Stat and sensor wires.
Responsibilities and Requirements
• You must have prior experience with new construction rough and install work.
• New construction trim and start-up experience is highly valued but not necessary.
• You should be dependable, willing to work overtime and weekends when needed, and possess your own tools.
• A strong working knowledge of job site safety is essential, as well as the ability to complete our company-specific safety orientation.
