At Arizona Truck A/C & Repair LLC, we are committed to providing excellent service to our customers. We are seeking a skilled diesel mechanic technician to join our team and help us achieve this goal.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a technician and possess a valid driver's license. We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as health care, dental care, vision care, short-term disability coverage, life insurance, paid vacation, tool program, and training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Change oil and filters on various types of vehicles.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with vehicles, including suspension and steering systems, trailer maintenance, drive train, rear end, transmissions, and general maintenance.
• Conduct Federal USDOT inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning systems in vehicles.
Requirements:
• Must own own tools.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Trade school, mechanical course, or equivalent highly preferred.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience as a technician.
• Self-motivated and leadership skills a plus.
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to be on call a plus.
• Effectively communicate with all customers.
