Facilities Maintenance Opportunity
Phoenix Country Day School is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Expert to join our team. As a Facilities Maintenance Expert, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of mechanical systems, including HVAC/Refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing components.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working with their hands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and excellent communication skills.
The estimated salary for this position is around $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/Refrigeration systems
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
• Work with a variety of mechanical systems, including lighting, electrical outlets, and circuit breakers
• Maintain and repair commercial kitchen equipment and appliances
