Responsibilities
• Sell commercial HVAC systems to building owners
• Consult with business owners on building automation to enhance energy efficiency and maximize capital investments
• Manage a provided book of business to meet annual sales targets
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in commercial HVAC
• Proven track record in selling complex HVAC equipment
• Strong relationship-building skills and a history of closing significant deals
• Familiarity with building automation systems and selling to commercial building managers, general managers, or business owners
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000-$120,000, depending on experience, plus an uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings of $200,000 in the first year. Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, 401K with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
