Job Title: HVAC Project Manager - Commercial HVAC
We are a premier Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractor in Arizona, seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule project activities for timely completion.
• Prepare transparent proposals and project documents for owners and engineers.
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure quality assurance and control.
• Purchase materials and manage risks to meet industry standards.
• Maintain safety compliance and conduct closeout activities.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC.
• Strong leadership skills, punctuality, and dependability.
• Higher education and/or college degree.
• Experience in project management and working on hospital and school projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Fast Pipe/Fast Duct.

Salary:
$70,000 - $90,000 based on skills, experience, performance, and ongoing training attendance.
