HVAC Installation Technician Opening
Mauzy Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical seeks a skilled and motivated technician to join our team as an HVAC Installation Technician. This role involves installing and maintaining indoor air quality systems, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional service and quality work to our customers.
About the Position
• Install and maintain IAQ systems, including air purifiers, ventilation equipment, and related systems.
• Conduct site inspections to guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
Key Qualifications
• HVAC trade school completion is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary range of $35,000 - $60,000, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment.
Physical Demands of the Job:
• Must be able to remain in stationary position for approximately 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb stairs/ladders, engage in repetitive motions, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
• Periodically required to drive and sit for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting/moving objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions may occur.
