Heating and Cooling Systems Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Heating and Cooling Systems Specialist to join our team at Propeller Building Services. As an experienced installer of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential buildings as well as some light commercial clients.
Responsibilities include:
• Installing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
• Connecting systems to fuel and water supply lines, air ducts, and other components
• Testing installed systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently
Requirements:
• EPA Certification
• 3 years of HVAC Service/Installation experience preferred
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to climb ladders and work in small crawl spaces/attics
• Clean DMV/Valid California State Drivers License
Compensation:
• $70,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience)
