We are a family-owned and operated residential and commercial HVAC company located in Escondido. We are seeking a skilled Heating and Cooling Systems Lead Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Install commercial HVAC equipment, duct work, and system controls.
• Lead a team of 2-3 technicians in commercial projects.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an HVAC lead on commercial projects.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Good time management.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
