About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial HVAC Team Lead Specialist to join our team in Escondido. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a small team of technicians in the installation of commercial HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install commercial HVAC equipment, duct work, and system controls.
• Lead a team of 2-3 technicians in commercial projects.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an HVAC lead on commercial projects.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Good time management.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year
