About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Operations Manager to lead our team. This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in commercial HVAC systems, who can mentor and train the next generation of HVAC specialists.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot complex issues with HVAC systems, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to optimize system performance.
• Conduct thorough maintenance checks, document recommendations for extending equipment life, and ensure optimal system efficiency.
• Initiate and manage HVAC equipment installations, upgrades, and repairs.
• Familiarity with various HVAC components, including split systems, package units, air handlers, VAVs, VFDs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Boilers, and Refrigeration, is essential.
• Organize routes and dispatch service technicians to various locations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Work closely with estimators to quote and find new work opportunities, driving business development and growth.
• Manage and assist in the training of new and existing staff, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
• Maintain professional communication (both written and verbal) with clients and teammates, building strong relationships and trust.
• Fleet Management: Must have clearance to drive a fleet vehicle.
