Job Title
Mauzy is seeking a motivated individual to serve as an Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) & Insulation Installer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of indoor air quality systems.

• Install and maintain IAQ systems, including air purifiers, ventilation equipment and related systems.
• Complete blown-in insulation installation in attics and walls to improve energy efficiency and air quality.
• Assist with the inspection of job sites and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
• Collaborate with Installation & Service technicians to ensure inspections and projects are completed accurately.
Salary Range: $35K-$60K annually.
Responsibilities:
• HVAC trade school completion is a plus.
• Strong work ethic & willingness to learn and grow in the field.

Physical Demands:
• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
