Kemnitz Air Conditioning and Heating, inc is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining air conditioning and heating systems for our residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain air conditioning and heating systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
• Diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning and heating systems
Requirements:
• Experience as a LEAD INSTALLER
• CLEAN DMV record
• PASS DRUG TEST
• OWN TOOLS
• CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAILS
• TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROJECT ASSIGNED
• GOOD CUSTOMER SKILLS
• GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• ABILITY TO MANGE HELPERS
• ABILITY TO HANDLE PAPER WORK
