Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Allied Aire, Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for installing and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
Salary Range: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour, depending on experience + commission + benefits

Responsibilities
• Install and service residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Consult with customers to resolve complaints and provide solutions beneficial to both the customer and the company
• Attend leadership training classes and enroll in advanced HVAC training classes, 20 hours per year
• Obtain and maintain all installer-based NATE certifications
• Test and balance systems, apply all codes for residential and light commercial installations
Requirements
• 2+ years' experience installing and conducting service on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Valid EPA certification
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Ability to operate company vehicle daily, valid driver's license, and insurable driving record
