Responsibilities and Expectations
• Install, test, and balance residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Conduct regular maintenance checks, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems
• Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and productivity, enhancing overall system performance
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years' experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
• Valid EPA certification; ability to obtain and maintain NATE certifications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
