About the Role
\
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Product Specialist to join our team. As an HVAC Product Specialist, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our HVAC products, requiring knowledge of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
\
• Build and grow distribution sales within the East Region.
• Analyze and report sales trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
• Establish customer relationships to ensure high post-sales satisfaction to ensure repeat business with customers.

Requirements
\
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with 5+ years sales experience (preferably in the HVAC industry) with sales quota responsibility.
• HVAC License & Certifications preferred.
• Must have previous distribution channel experience, Variant Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and ductless system experience to demonstrate understanding of product offerings and to think through product support that benefits the Distributor.
• Computer software programs proficiency including MS Office (Word, Excel) preferred.
• Must have deep comfort building PowerPoint presentations and presenting in front of key internal and external stakeholders.

What We Offer

The estimated annual salary for this role is $95,000 - $130,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
