Resolute Industrial, LLC seeks a motivated Technical Sales Representative to contribute to its growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in Outside Sales, preferably within the HVAC or industrial rental market. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. The salary for this position is estimated at $82,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.
This role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies to penetrate new markets and nurture existing relationships. Direct sales calls and presentations to targeted customer segments across the designated market area will be conducted. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs is also essential. To succeed in this role, you must be able to maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends. Ongoing product training and staying updated on industry developments are also essential to providing expert insights to clients.
Key requirements for this position include a strong understanding of HVAC and electrical systems, including their functionalities. Knowledge of the construction contracting and engineering processes is a plus. Familiarity with Healthcare, Higher Education, Industrial/Manufacturing, and Commercial Real Estate is desirable. You must possess competitive drive and a commitment to achieving sales objectives. Mechanical aptitude and proficient problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both verbal and written, are required. Strong organization and follow-through skills are necessary, as well as demonstrated leadership qualities and a goal-oriented mindset.
