Some specifics of what you’ll want to bring and that will add to your success are: • Installation/changeouts, maintenance, service and repair of HVAC systems • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and experience • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Start-up, troubleshooting and service experience a plus • Commercial Handyman Experience a PLUS • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug checks • And your own hand and/or power tools.
