Job Title: HVAC Leadership Position

The Blue Collar Recruiter - Marietta is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Supervisor to lead our team of skilled technicians.
Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
Job Description:
This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee technician use of CRM software to enter accurate records of work orders, equipment maintenance, and service performed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for the team.
• Provide troubleshooting skills and technical support to technicians.
• Participate in on-call rotation, approximately 4-6 weeks, for a one-week period.
• Maintain tools necessary to perform day-to-day service technician duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a technical or vocational HVAC program, and at least 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
A valid HVAC technician license or certification is also required, as well as knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
