Mitchell Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Installer to join our team.
We offer a competitive salary of $27.50 - $32.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure residential HVAC systems
• Work with our team to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction
• Pursue ongoing training and certification to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• EPA Certification and NATE Certifications
• Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance
