Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Lane Valente Industries.

About the Role:
• Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects for national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Using a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
• Identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing systems and products at customer's location
• Performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as need or requested by customers
• Preparing for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary
• Inspecting vehicles by checking vehicle condition and cleanliness
• Maintaining vehicles by keeping records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance service
• Maintaining equipment by inspecting for signs of wear, notifying customer and/or Operations Manager of findings
• Documenting work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files
• Representing the company as a direct customer contact
• Determining parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need
• Documenting work by completing paperwork on each job, including daily time, progress, and duration; and maintaining files
• Recording parts, material, labor, subs and other cost data per assignment and returns unused resources
• Turning in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner
• Staying current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service and repair
• Reading and interpreting product specifications
• Providing technical support to customers
• Flexible to work overtime/weekends as necessary
• Regular travel requirements with some overnight travel, as needed
