We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Specialist to join our team at Mitchell Heating & Cooling. As a leading provider of heating and cooling services in the Raleigh-Durham area, we offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and ongoing training and certification programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and servicing heating and cooling systems for our residential customers. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $42,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:
• Install and test heating and cooling systems
• Servicing existing systems to ensure optimal performance
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to complete installations efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation or related field
• EPA Certification and NATE Core & Specialty Certifications desired
• Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
