Role Overview:
Mitchell Heating & Cooling is hiring a Lead HVAC Installation Specialist to lead a residential retrofit/changeout team. This is a full-time, year-round position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
\Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and leading the installation team\
• Retrofitting and changing out residential HVAC systems\
• Ensuring high-quality installations and customer satisfaction\
• Participating in company-paid Trane dealer training and NATE Certification\
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment\
\
This role requires a minimum of 3 years of residential retrofit installation experience, lead install experience, and a valid driver's license. The ideal candidate will also possess EPA Certification and a high school diploma or GED.
