We are looking for a talented HVAC Design Team Lead to guide our innovative design team at Integrated Project Services. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 8-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the design of mechanical systems, including air distribution ductwork systems, hot water, chilled water and condenser water pumping and piping systems, steam and condensate piping systems, central plants, air handling systems, dehumidification systems, automatic control systems and ancillary heat transfer systems for pharmaceutical, biotech, and life science facilities.
You will also prepare engineering studies and schematic design for new mechanical systems, analyze the operation of existing systems, and lead the mechanical design as part of an overall team or as the Project Lead on projects for all phases of work.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to assess project requirements, break down projects into tasks, and work with a Project Manager to determine the scope of work, budget, and staffing.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $145,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
