Facilities Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Technician to join our team in the Houston area.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians and providing technical support and guidance to ensure exceptional customer service.
You will also be responsible for purchasing materials and issuing purchase orders, safely driving a motor vehicle and trailer, and maintaining equipment, tools, and inventory stock.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of service technicians
• Provide technical support and guidance to ensure quality work
• Purchase materials and issue purchase orders
• Safely drive a motor vehicle and trailer
• Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory stock
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in air conditioning, refrigeration environment
• Valid driver's license
• Universal EPA certification
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to understand and follow technical manuals
Compensation:
• Competitive salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
