Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Commercial HVAC Service Team Leader to join our Los Angeles, CA team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and training, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, with prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of HVAC technicians in delivering exceptional service on advanced commercial HVAC systems.
• Provide guidance and training to team members, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a commitment to professional growth.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair various commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, VRF, and rooftop units.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent service delivery.
• Work closely with service coordinators and project managers to schedule and prioritize service calls, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Maintain detailed service records, ensure adherence to safety standards, and uphold regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, with prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems such as chillers, boilers, VRF systems, and advanced controls. Familiarity with software tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and AutoCAD is a strong plus.
• EPA Universal Certification is mandatory. Additional certifications such as NATE or OSHA 30 are highly valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients and technical teams.
• Demonstrated track record of stable, continuous employment within the Los Angeles, CA, area, showcasing reliability and commitment.
